The brief
A listed property in need of a full renovation, with new fittings throughout, but a brief that insisted the finished result still feel original to the building.
The work
Existing fittings were stripped out and replaced to a superb finish, with new elements detailed to sit seamlessly alongside restored period features. Several changes were made mid-project without disrupting the programme. That's the kind of flexibility listed-building work requires.
